It will have shops on the ground floor and will be at the heart of daily life. It will also offer underground parking, an elevator, ceiling with exposed concrete for a modern industrial look and a roof terrace offering this little space of tranquility for the tenants of the building.

Project of 3 buildings of 6 floors of which the first phase includes 72 contemporary units, the second 54 units and the third 66 units. It will offer a common underground parking, elevators, ceiling with exposed concrete for a modern industrial look and outdoor living spaces. Located in a peaceful area, right across the lovely Canal de Soulanges and close to dozen of islands on the river, in addition to its proximity to the Centre de la Nature and other outdoor activities, this project is part of the effort to revitalize the neighborhood and increase the offer of rental units in the area.

Project of 128 contemporary units distributed on 4 floors, which translates into 4 buildings of 32 high-end units, located in Saint-Charles-Borromée. Spread over 4 phases, the last of which is carried out in Summer 2023. Elevator, garage, quartz countertop, 9 feet ceiling and much more. This project is part of an effort to revitalize the neighborhood and increase the offer of rental units in the area.
